Ronald C. Lipof is Prince Lobel Strategic Advisors’ President & CEO, providing strategic business advisory services for start-up and emerging growth companies, in a variety of industries nationwide, to help move them to the next level. Practice areas include small business start-up, legal cannabis, business documentation, financial modeling, mergers and acquisitions, exit strategies, and initial public offering preparation and oversight.

Ron is a tested entrepreneurial leader and strategic business adviser launching emerging growth ventures and moving them to the next level through merger, sale, and IPO. His specialties include managing the business start-up and licensing process for legal cannabis applicants, strategic planning for start-up and emerging businesses, navigating merger and acquisition transactions, and preparing companies for initial public offerings. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Government Relations from Boston University and currently serves as a judge for the MassChallenge Start-up Accelerator.
