Sydney Gilison is an associate in Prince Lobel’s Business Litigation Practice Group.

Sydney is a recent graduate of Northeastern University School of Law. During her time at Northeastern, Sydney served as a student attorney in the Intellectual Property Law Clinic where she counseled clients through the trademark searching and application process. She also completed an independent study where she researched corporate governance.

Sydney first joined Prince Lobel as a Law Clerk in the fall of 2023. Prior to joining Prince Lobel, Sydney served as a legal intern at an insurance litigation company, and a legal intern at a Boston-based software company working directly with General Counsel reviewing transactional documents, assisting in compliance with US and GDPR privacy laws, and developing internal artificial intelligence use policies.

She is a graduate from the University of Tampa where she earned both her B.S. in Management and her B.A. in History. Sydney received her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law.
