It has been a busy Spring for the Prince Lobel Real Estate Group, which has helped its clients secure approvals for dozens of new residential units throughout Boston. Here are a few examples.
156 Wellington Hill Street, Mattapan
This mixed-use project has 27 units of housing and sits atop a prominent intersection. It was approved by the Boston Planning and Development Agency in October 2023 and by the Zoning Board of Appeals on June 25, 2024.
88 Geneva Ave, Dorchester
The BPDA approved this project of 36 residential units, along with a public café, in November 2023. This project is just a couple of parcels away from 66 Geneva Ave, a 50-unit mixed-use project. At Prince Lobel’s request, the ZBA approved this project at its June 25, 2024, hearing.
81 Hancock Street, Dorchester
This project was approved by the BPDA in December 2023. It consists of 36 units of housing above existing retail on a busy street in Dorchester. The ZBA approved the project at a May 21, 2024 hearing.
3 Aspinwall Rd, Dorchester
This project was originally permitted as a four-story building. Given current economic headwinds we worked with our client and team and were able to get an extra floor and additional units (38 total) approved for this project by the BPDA in February 2024. The project is now headed to the ZBA.
