WBUR News Station released an audio clip along with a transcript discussing the notion that even though it has been three months since Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was sentenced to death for the Boston Marathon bombing, Judge George O’Toole still has taken no action to release the identities of the jurors who joined in the sentencing.
Prince Lobel attorney Robert Bertsche joined the argument to share his opinion on the unconstitutionality in not releasing the list.
