The Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission has created a Social Equity Program to provide education, skill-based training, tools, and licensing benefits for success in the cannabis industry for those most impacted by the War on Drugs, marijuana prohibition, and disproportionate arrests and incarceration. It is important to Prince Lobel that the barriers to participation in the cannabis industry are lowered, and qualified Social Equity applicants are afforded opportunities to more fully participate. As the first in what we hope will be a series of efforts to move toward that goal,  in connection with the Cannabis Control Commission’s opening of a new cohort for training and certification of Social Equity participants, Prince Lobel is offering free assistance to those applying for that program. Our Cannabis Team, which has represented traditional and social equity clients throughout the industry since 2014, has developed a strong competency in bringing these businesses to life. Once we have received your completed information and the accepted engagement letter, a member of our team will reach out to you. We expect that to happen with 24-48 hours1

1[This program is experimental, so we reserve the right to terminate it at any time, but we will not cease assisting those who have already signed up for that reason.]
