As mentioned in the ESPN story “USL Super League, Union Agree to CBA Key Terms,” the USL Super League and the United Soccer League Players Association (USLPA) have reached “a tentative agreement over key terms of its first collective bargaining agreement.” Steve Gans continues to represent the USLPA in its aim to forge this initial CBA to provide USL Gainbridge Soccer League players with minimum standards and protections, while ensuring the sustainability of the Super League.
