Document Management and File Clerk

We are looking for a conscientious document management and file clerk to ensure our firm’s records are correctly sequenced and filed, and to capture tracking information in electronic databases. To ensure success you should have a proficient understanding of the importance of accurate filing and document management procedures for the firm. Preferred candidates are focused, organized and thorough. In this position, you will have the opportunity to be an active participant in the firm and work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and administrators. You will report to the Director of Human Resources and the Practice Group Chairs.

Marketing & Business Development Manager

As the Marketing & Business Development (MBD) Manager, you will work closely with the firm’s lawyers and practice group chairs, together with the firm’s Marketing & Business Development Committee and firm management to provide marketing and business development support to a medium size full-service law firm with offices in Boston, Massachusetts and Purchase, New York. You will report to the Director of Human Resources and to the firm’s Marketing & Business Development Committee. Your responsibilities will include developing and supporting attorney business plans, coaching attorneys on marketing & business development strategies, as well as an active role in the execution and follow-up of such plans and strategies, supporting pitch and marketing efforts, maintaining the firm’s web-site content and social media platforms, and coordinating firm events inside and outside of the office, and conducting local outreach to enhance the firm’s profile. You will work with the firm’s Marketing & Business Development Committee and the firm’s operations team members to support the firm’s practice groups and lawyers.

Documentation and Training Specialist

As a Documentation and Training Specialist at Prince Lobel, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our legal professionals are well-equipped with the necessary resources and knowledge to excel in their roles. You will and be responsible for creating, maintaining, and delivering documentation and training programs that support our legal staff in their daily activities. You will report to the Director of IT and consult with IT, HR, Billing, and other key operational stakeholders to develop better training resources and processes for the firm.
