On June 11, Daniel Tighe co-moderated in this year’s Business Litigation Year in Review, hosted by the Massachusetts Center for Continuing Education. Tighe led a discussion panel of the four current BLS justices, as well as the Hon. Brian Davis, who will be replacing the Hon. Edward P. Leibensperger following his retirement this year. The justices discussed cases and issues from the past year at the Business Litigation Section of the Suffolk Superior court.
