Pasquale DeSantis served as the chair for the MCLE’s recent event on “Domestic Abuse in Divorce & Custody Litigation.” The event covered a variety of serious issues concerning domestic abuse and how it is best handled in family law litigation, and reviewed recent cases in which these issues had arisen.
