On October 20th, partner and co-chair of the Domestic Relations Practice Group Donald Tye will chair and present at Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education’s event on “Trying Divorce Cases in Massachusetts.” Tye will open the event with welcome remarks and an introduction and will deliver two presentations, one on “Case Evaluation, Discovery, Trial Planning, and Preparation/Requesting an Allowance of Legal Fees, Pendente Lite” and the other on “How and Why to Get an Opinion on the Value of the Marital Home from Your Client.” This event will coincide with the release of the fifth edition of How To Try Divorce Cases in Massachusetts, co-authored by Prince Lobel attorneys Donald Tye, Kelly Griffin, Peter Kuperstein, and Patricia O’Connell, a partner at Kajko, Weisman & Colasanti, LLP.
