At the MNPA annual meeting, Robert Bertsche sat on a panel exploring the legal issues surrounding blogs and comments on newspaper-hosted websites. The meeting, held in December at Anthony’s Pier 4 in Boston, honored retiring Supreme Judicial Court Justice John M. Greaney, longtime co-chair of the SCJ’s Judiciary-Media Committee. Justice Greaney went on to join the Suffolk University Law School faculty.
