On March 22, Michael Ross, co-chair of our Cannabis Team and member of our Real Estate Practice Group will present at a workshop directly preceding this year’s New England Cannabis Convention (NECANN). The three-hour workshop (10 am – 1 pm) will cover how to acquire the proper concept, team, funding, location, and support required to obtain a Massachusetts Marijuana Business License. Ross and fellow speakers will discuss strategies for securing financing, the various types of permits and licenses, and how to work with municipalities and local zoning boards. This is a separately ticketed event from the larger NECANN Convention, and tickets to this workshop can be purchased here.
John Bradley will participate in the conference on Saturday, March 23, at 11 am. His talk, entitled “Moving Forward in Massachusetts,” will address changes in the Massachusetts regulations surrounding adult use and will offer advice as to how licensees, investors, and buyers, can navigate them.
