Nancy Freed joined a well-known panel of senior legal experts for this program, which focused on the newly enacted Child Support Guidelines, and their affect on custodial arrangements. The panel provided in-depth discussion on a myriad of topics including:

• Selecting and working with Guardians Ad Litem
• How to effectively work with third-party experts including children, therapists, physicians, teachers, and DSS professionals
• Special issues in cases involving same-sex parents
• Custody and support issues when the parties live in different states

Nancy, along with the panel of experienced divorce practitioners, demonstrated direct and cross-examination of critical witnesses in a custody case, and discussed all the latest issues in this complex area of family law.
