On October 30, Prince Lobel will host the Women’s Bar Association (WBA) as they lead a panel discussion on the new American Bar Association Resolution 105, which encourages promoting diversity in alternative dispute resolution (ADR). The discussion will cover the importance of this Resolution and best practices for putting it into effect. The panel will consist of Lindsay Burke, Chair of the Women in the Courtroom Committee of the WBA, Conna Weiner, Co-Chair of the WBA ADR Committee, JAMS mediator and arbitrator, former general counsel at Novartis, and Sigmund J. Roos, Block & Roos, Co-Founding Partner. The discussion will be moderated by Jessica Block, Co-Chair of the WBA ADR Committee and Co-Founding Partner of Block & Roos.
