The Berkman Center’s Citizen Media Law Project and Cyberlaw Clinic presented “Journalism’s Digital Transition: Unique Legal Challenges and Opportunities.” This one-day symposium and CLE program celebrated the launch of the Online Media Law Network and brought together panels of academics, legal practitioners, and journalists to tackle a range of challenging topics.
Rob joined a panel of experts discussing “The Future of Journalism: Law and Ethics in a Changing Media Ecosystem.” They addressed the role that law and the legal profession can play in journalism’s transition to the online world.
According to its website, the Online Media Law Network is “a network of law firms, law school clinics, and individual lawyers across the United States who are interested in assisting online journalism ventures and other digital media creators address their legal needs.” Prince Lobel is proud to participate as a member of this network of law firms, law schools and other legal organizations.
