Jeff Pyle was one of the panelists at last week’s well-attended seminar, “SJC Roundup: Key Decisions from September 2024 – June 2025,” hosted by the Boston Bar Association. Jeff and his fellow panelists discussed the major decisions of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court during the past year, including those concerning the validity of the MBTA Communities Act, access to court proceedings, and constitutional rights.
