Jeffrey Pyle spoke to The Gardner News about the delay in the town’s posting of city council meeting minutes, with the last ones they posted dating from December 2017. Pyle acknowledged that it is common for towns to “[not] really move to release executive session minutes until there’s a request for them,” but also noted that “the prospect of an attorney general’s office proceeding tends to get the attention of many cities and towns about what they need to do with regard to their open meeting minutes.” To read more of the story, click here.
