Partner Jeffrey Pyle was recently quoted in The Worcester Telegram and Gazette about a federal court order that restricts the parties to a civil rights lawsuit regarding a SWAT raid of a Worcester family’s home from disclosing documents exchanged in the case. Pyle said the court order was concerning, especially because it included a provision requiring the clerk of the court to destroy judicial documents deemed “confidential” after the case is over. According to Pyle, such a provision “is neither usual nor, in my view, is it permissible.” To read more of Pyle’s thoughts, click here.
