Partner Paige Scott Reed has been named by Governor-elect Maura Healey as Massachusetts’ Chief Legal Counsel. Paige’s work as former general counsel to the MBTA and the Massachusetts Department of Transportation, as well as her extensive experience as an attorney were key factors in her appointment. Paige will be the first Black woman appointed to the position.
Prince Lobel Managing Partner Craig Tateronis comments, “We are thrilled that Paige has been selected by Governor-elect Healey as her Chief Legal Counsel. Paige’s intelligence, temperament and compassion will serve her well as she advises the Governor in decisions of consequence for the entire citizenry of our Commonwealth. We’re proud of the work that Paige has done at Prince Lobel, and while she’ll be greatly missed, we know that her many talents will be put to full use in her new role.”
