Prince Lobel Partner Pasquale DeSantis has been appointed as a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA) Family Law Section Council for 2010-2011. The MBA hosts 16 sections, each focusing on a distinct area of practice. These sections provide the necessary support so MBA can provide member attorneys with important information that enhances their practice and their profession.
The sections are each governed by a council, which provides oversight, analyzes and proposes legislation, develops educational and professional development programs, creates and recommends policy, and more. This year’s major initiative will be developing content for educational programs for lawyers across the state.
Only those attorneys who have demonstrated clear professional leadership, and have a reputation for professional expertise and excellence are appointed to a council position.
