Amanda E. Thibodeau has joined Prince Lobel as a partner in the Employment Law practice group.
“I’m excited to become a member of the Employment Law Practice at Prince Lobel and work with a talented team of lawyers focused on helping clients navigate complex work issues,” said Amanda. “I look forward to assisting the Firm’s clients in their efforts to develop proactive and practical solutions that support their business goals and foster growth along while achieving compliance.”
Amanda centers her practice around advising and counseling businesses with respect to employment law matters. She works with a range of corporations from startups to mid-size businesses on cases throughout the entire cycle of employment, from hiring to departure. Clients rely on Amanda to counsel them on leading and managing their employees, handling workplace disputes, investigations, employment law matters in relation to leave laws, anti-harassment and anti-discrimination, wage and hour issues, and remaining compliant with employment laws at the state and federal levels. She also offers employment law training to clients.
While Amanda’s practice focuses on day-to-day employment activities, when necessary, she represents her management-side clients in litigation.
“Amanda’s proficiency in all phases of employment law will be a great addition to our accomplished Employment Law group,” noted Managing Partner Craig Tateronis. “Over the last year, we have made important investments in the counseling and advisory side of our employment law practice. We’re pleased about this further expansion and being able to offer Amanda’s counseling and advisory experience to our business clients in need of these services.”
Amanda has been named to the Massachusetts Super Lawyers list since 2015 in Employment & Labor Law. She earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, and she graduated cum laude from Union College with her B.A. in Political Science.
