Amanda E. Thibodeau is a partner in Prince Lobel’s Employment Law group.

Amanda centers her practice around advising and defending businesses with respect to employment law matters. She works with a range of corporations from startups to midsize businesses on cases throughout the entire cycle of employment, from hiring to departure. Amanda counsels her clients on leading and managing their employees, through workplace disputes and investigations, employment law matters in relation to anti-harassment and anti-discrimination, trainings, wage disputes, and remaining compliant with employment laws at the state and federal levels.

Amanda advises clients in their day-to-day employment activities, but when necessary, she represents her management-side clients in litigation.

Amanda has been named to the Massachusetts Super Lawyers list since 2015 in the area of Employment & Labor Law. She earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, and she graduated cum laude from Union College with her B.A. in Political Science.
