Jessica Perry has joined the firm as a partner in the Intellectual Property group.
Jess advises clients on the licensing, enforcement and monetization of their patent portfolios. She focuses her practice principally on complex technologies including semiconductor manufacturing, video streaming, medical devices and AI driven face-recognition and has represented clients in district court and before the International Trade Commission and Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Clients call on Jess to manage their intellectual property assets and minimize risk. She also leads all elements of International Trade Commission Section 337 investigations. As part of her practice in developing monetization strategies, Jess reviews clients’ patent portfolios and develops patent enforcement litigation strategies.
In addition to her intellectual property work, Jess has a pro bono practice in which she represents clients in immigration court.

Jess earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law, her M.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and her B.S. from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst.
