Jess Perry is a Partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property group.
Jess handles the enforcement, licensing, and monetization of patent portfolios. She counsels and defends clients in a wide variety of complex technologies including semiconductor manufacturing, video streaming, medical devices, and AI driven face-recognition. Jess represents these clients in district court and before the International Trade Commission and Patent Trial and Appeal Board. As part of her practice in developing monetization strategies, she reviews clients’ patent portfolios and develops patent enforcement litigation strategies.
In addition to her intellectual property work, Jess has a pro bono practice in which she represents clients in immigration proceedings.
She earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law, her M.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and her B.S. from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst.
