Amanda L’Esperance is an associate in Prince Lobel’s Intellectual Property Practice Group.

Amanda represents companies and individuals in complex patent litigation and advises clients on intellectual property management and licensing. Her practice focuses on patent disputes involving a wide range of technologies, including consumer electronics, networking, cellular technology, and artificial intelligence.

Amanda is admitted to practice before the Massachusetts State Bar (2023), the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts (2024), and United States Patent and Trademark Office (2025).

Prior to joining Prince Lobel, Amanda clerked at Northeastern University’s Office of the General Counsel and at Forma Therapeutics, where she assisted in-house counsel with transactional document review. During law school, she served as a Senior Editor on Northeastern University Law Review and worked as a student attorney at the Intellectual Property Law Clinic.

Amanda received her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and her B.S. in Biology with a minor in Medical Humanities from Boston College.
