Ariana Deskins Pellegrino

Ariana Deskins Pellegrino is a partner in Prince Lobel’s Intellectual Property and Business Litigation practice groups.

Ariana is a trial attorney who centers her practice around intellectual property rights, with a particular emphasis on patents. Ariana has secured favorable patent judgments and settlements in federal courts across the country, as well as the U.S. International Trade Commission. Ariana has successfully represented clients in a wide range of technology areas, from consumer products to software and semiconductors. Ariana litigates and tries the full spectrum of clients’ intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets.

Prior to joining Prince Lobel, Ariana was a partner at Dickinson Wright PLLC. Ariana earned her J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, where she graduated summa cum laude, and her B.A. from the University of Michigan.
