Brian Beaton is a partner in Prince Lobel’s Real Estate and Business Transactions Practice Groups.

Brian has substantial experience in real estate, environmental, and business law and in the planning and permitting of complex land use projects. He negotiates and manages a variety of real estate transactions including leasing, acquisitions, title, and construction matters and assists clients with environmental compliance. He works with businesses on drafting a variety of contracts and provides guidance on corporate governance and risk management. Brian served as General Counsel of a retail, restaurant, and e-commerce company with locations along the east coast and as Deputy General Counsel of a large fuel distributor that operates over seventy gas stations, convenience stores, car washes, and foodservice locations throughout the northeast. Using this experience, he serves as outside general counsel to several privately held corporations.

Brian received his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School where he was a member of the Transnational Law Review and his B.S. in Civil Engineering with distinction from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He has also served as an adjunct professor of environmental law.
