Bryan has expertise handling technologically advanced cases involving computer hardware and software, cellular and digital communications and computer networks.

Bryan earned his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law, his LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Information Law from the University of Houston and his B.S. in Computer Science from Texas A&M University.
