Practice Areas

Cameron Panepinto is an associate and a member of Prince Lobel’s Intellectual Property practice group. He specializes in trademark prosecution and brand protection, advising clients on how to secure, maintain, and enforce their intellectual property rights both in the United States and internationally.

Cameron works closely with clients to develop comprehensive trademark strategies, including conducting clearance searches, guiding applications through the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) to registration, and managing ongoing trademark maintenance. He also assists clients with brand enforcement by drafting cease and desist letters, takedown notices, and advising on strategies to prevent infringement. Cameron’s practice spans a range of industries, including technology, consumer goods, hospitality, and entertainment, where he helps businesses protect and expand their brands.  Cameron also advises clients on broader intellectual property issues, including copyright and domain name disputes.

In addition to his trademark work, Cameron has experience in patent litigation, where he assists in all phases of the discovery process. His work includes drafting written discovery responses, reviewing documents for production, and participating in meet and confer discussions to resolve discovery disputes.

Cameron earned his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, where he served as a Student Attorney in the Intellectual Property & Entrepreneurship Clinic. In the clinic, he developed a passion for trademark law while he counseled startups and entrepreneurs on trademark and business law matters, represented clients in arbitration, and successfully filed trademark applications with the USPTO.

Cameron is also a member of the firm’s Social & Philanthropy Committee, actively engaging in initiatives that contribute to both the community and the firm’s culture.
