George Tetler is a partner in Prince Lobel’s Business Transactions and Real Estate Practice Groups.
He is a skilled and successful business lawyer with more than 40 years of experience. George’s clients span across New England and include financial institutions, public and private companies, boards of directors, and investors, along with business owners and nonprofit institutions. He handles matters from mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and capital projects to internal and compliance investigations, restructurings and business planning.
He is a problem solver and handles business transactions and issues with reason and practicality to obtain successful outcomes for his clients. George’s clients benefit from his deep knowledge and experience in matters relating to insolvency and bankruptcy. He is a fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy.
George is a community leader in Worcester and Central Massachusetts. He has served on numerous boards of directors and trustees, often as a board chair, and has focused his involvement on economic development, cultural and educational organizations and initiatives.
He received his LL.M. in taxation from Boston University School of Law, his J.D. from American University Washington College of Law, and his B.A. from Denison University.
