John R. Bateman

John R. Bateman is a member of Prince Lobel’s Business Transactions Practice Group. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate transactions.

Prior to joining Prince Lobel, John was an associate in the corporate practice groups of two Boston-area law firms. He also worked for a Boston-based investment banking firm for several years prior to law school, where he specialized in sell-side mergers and acquisitions and recapitalizations.

John received his Juris Doctor with a concentration in business law and financial services from Suffolk University Law School, and his Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Colby College.
