Josh has substantial experience litigating cases between business owners, partners, competitors, suppliers, vendors, and investors in a wide variety of industries. Among the types of cases Josh handles regularly are shareholder disputes, breach of contract actions, unfair competition claims, real estate and condominium litigation, construction claims, insurance disputes, and property loss/damage claims. Josh also appears before regulatory agencies in licensing and disciplinary proceedings. Josh’s goal is always to help clients get practical and efficient solutions to difficult problems in the most cost-effective manner.
Josh is a trusted advisor to his clients and often serves as outside General Counsel for smaller businesses, providing a single point of contact for his clients when they are faced with any type of legal issue.
