Karina M. Abeddy

Karina Abeddy is an associate in Prince Lobel’s Buiness Transactions Practice Group.

She works with clients on a range of business transactions and represents borrowers and lenders in a variety of financing deals. She handles matters related to mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance including asset-based lending and general business financing, and stock sales.

Karina is a member of the Worcester County Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Women’s Bar Association and the Arab American Bar Association of Massachusetts. She received her J.D. from Boston College Law School and she graduated summa cum laude with her B.A. from Suffolk University.
