Kelly Aylward is a Partner in Prince Lobel’s Estate Planning, Probate Disputes, and Fiduciary Services group.

Kelly has over two decades of experience handling sophisticated estate planning and tax matters and focuses her practice on the development and implementation of tailored estate, asset protection, business and charitable plans for high-net-worth individuals, families, fiduciaries and companies. Additionally, Kelly advises clients regarding the management of complicated tax issues, cross-border tax and estate planning matters, the administration of trusts and estates. She also acts as a personal representative and trustee.

Kelly is deeply involved in the estate planning sector, serving on the Asset Protection Committee of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, and having served as past president and officer of the Boston Estate Planning Counsel and as an officer and founding member of the Greater Boston Fiduciary Law American Inn of Court.

Kelly is recognized by Chambers USA in the High Net Worth Guide in the area of Private Wealth Law, is an Accredited Estate Planner, and has earned her Trusts and Estates Practitioner (TEP) designation.

Kelly earned her LLM in Taxation from Boston University School of Law, her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and her BFA from the University of Missouri.
