Marlisa Payne is an associate in Prince Lobel’s Business Litigation and Estate Planning, Probate Disputes, and Fiduciary Services practice groups.
Marlisa represents clients in a broad range of matters, including guardianships, conservatorships, and probate estates. She focuses her practice on estate planning, helping clients put thoughtful, personalized plans in place for the future by preparing wills, trusts, and incapacity documents, including powers of attorney, health care proxies, and HIPAA authorizations. In addition to her estate planning practice, Marlisa has experience supporting complex litigation matters involving extensive discovery and high-stakes disputes.
Marlisa earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law. She graduated summa cum laude from Florida State University, receiving a B.A. in French and Spanish and a B.S. in International Affairs, with a concentration in history.
