Michael D. Saunders

Michael Saunders is a partner in Prince Lobel’s Intellectual Property practice group.

Michael is an experienced attorney who focuses on intellectual property and complex business disputes, with particular expertise in patent litigation, International Trade Commission proceedings, and post-grant challenges before the Patent Office. He also advises clients on intellectual property transactions, licensing, and patent portfolio development. Michael works closely with companies across a wide range of industries, including computer hardware and software, semiconductors, wireless communications, financial technologies, embedded systems, and artificial intelligence.

Michael earned his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, and his B.S. from the University of California, Irvine.
