Associate
Molly Gorman is an associate in the firm’s Business Transactions and Real Estate Groups. She represents corporate and real estate clients, focusing her practice on transactions, development deals, and regulatory compliance. Molly utilizes a meticulous approach to mitigate risk and ensure seamless, successful outcomes for her clients.
During law school, Molly gained valuable in-house experience working in the legal department of a real estate technology company. She also served as the Alumnae Relations Co-Chair of the Women’s Law Association and was previously a law clerk at Prince Lobel.
Molly earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, where she received a Business and Financial Services concentration with distinction. She also holds an M.A. from The George Washington University and a B.A. from Wellesley College.
