Nicholas Armington is a partner in Prince Lobel’s Intellectual Property Practice Group.

Nick is a trial lawyer representing clients in state and federal court and at the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC). His practice involves all facets of IP litigation and counseling with an emphasis on matters relating to trade secret misappropriation. His practice also focuses on counseling companies in the management and protection of their confidential and trade secret asset portfolios, and he also assists clients with patent litigation matters in both federal court and at the ITC. Nick has successfully represented clients in a wide range of technology areas from consumer electronics to medical devices and semiconductors. While pursuing successful results in litigation for his clients, Nick also always stays mindful of potentially effective business results at all points during the litigation lifecycle.

Prior to his time at Prince Lobel, Nick worked for the Hon. Patti B. Saris at the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the Hon. Ralph D. Gants at the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. Nick also served as a Special Assistant District Attorney in the Middlesex County District Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted over 150 criminal cases. Most recently, he worked at a large Boston law firm.

Nick received his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and his B.A. from Williams College.
