Sanum Patel is an associate in Prince Lobel’s Intellectual Property practice group. In that role, he drafts and negotiates agreements on intellectual property including with foreign parties and governments. He also represents client in IP litigation and arbitrations. He regularly counsels clients on managing their intellectual property portfolios and conducts due diligence in support of litigation and pre-suit investigations. He also analyzes patents, prior art, and legal precedent in support of PTAB proceedings and patent prosecution.
Sanum holds a B.S. in chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley and a J.D. from the University of California Irvine School of Law. He is a member of the New York State Bar.
