Steven R. Daniels

Steven R. Daniels is a partner in Prince Lobel’s Intellectual Property practice group.

Steven has more than 30 years of experience representing clients ranging from individuals to Fortune 100 corporations in the litigation of intellectual property matters. Matters Steven has handled include litigation related to trade secret misappropriation, patent, copyright and trademark infringement, as well as contract and business disputes. These matters have encompassed a wide range of technologies, including computer hardware and software, gaming devices, wireless communications, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and popular consumer products.

Steven has represented clients in district courts throughout the United States, in state courts in California, Georgia, and Texas, and before the International Trade Commission and the U.S. Patent and Trademark office. He is also experienced in the evaluation and monetization of patent portfolios.
