Timothy C. Monahan

Timothy Monahan is a partner in Prince Lobel’s Business Transactions Practice Group.

Tim is a business and finance lawyer with more than 10 years of experience. His practice focuses on general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending, and corporate finance. Tim represents businesses throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and represents regional and national lenders and borrowers in all aspects of commercial finance transactions, including real estate financing, construction financing, asset and equipment-based lending, and commercial and industrial loans.

Tim received his J.D. from Boston College Law School, and he graduated cum laude with his B.A. from Boston College.
