Robert M. Schlein Mentioned in The Salem News in Support of his Client, Black Cow Restaurants

The article discusses a change in the waterfront parking rules in Beverly for a Black Cow restaurant. The current rule restricts the amount of parking spaces for restaurants and marinas, allowing one parking space for every 50 square feet devoted to patron use in a restaurant, and only one parking space for every boat slip on land or water for marinas.
