Prince, a litigation partner at Boston law firm Prince Lobel Tye LLP, notes that Whitey Bulger’s defense attorney has admitted that his client was involved in drug dealing, employing that Prince calls a “stunning tactic.” According to Prince, a former federal prosecutor, “If you confess to the smaller things, you might be able to avoid conviction on the larger issues.”
