William S. Rogers, along with Charles Cresson Wood and Ralph Spencer Poore, has authored an article for The SciTech Lawyer on the flaws in the current data privacy regulatory system in the United States. The article, entitled “Why It’s Now Time for an Internationally Harmonized Legal Regime for Information Security and Privacy,” discusses how the gaps and shortcomings in our current system put our data at risk. The authors conclude by suggesting solutions and steps that could be taken to rebuild the legal and regulatory framework around data security from the ground up.
