The latest issue of Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly featured an interview with our own Data Privacy Group chair William S. Rogers, Jr. and Pierce Atwood’s Melanie Conroy covering the Consumer Data Privacy Act currently being considered in the Massachusetts legislature. The bill would require businesses to provide detailed notice anytime they collect, or even intend to collect, consumer data.
