Louis Ciavarra and Mike Angelini have been selected to the 2025 Legal Luminaries list published by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly. Lou Ciavarra has over forty years of experience as a skilled trial lawyer. He works with national and international businesses and institutions on claims and disputes. Lou assertively represents clients with stakes in the northeast. He handles matters related to intellectual property, business litigation, business disputes, noncompetition claims, securities fraud, trade secret protection, and breach of contract claims and has successfully tried many cases in federal and state courts.
Mike Angelini advises public and private businesses and not-for-profit organizations and is also a highly regarded trial lawyer, with extensive experience in the litigation of commercial disputes. He has served several companies, including four banks, as a director and is the retired long-serving Chair of the Board of Directors of The Hanover Insurance Group. He is also the former Chair of the Massachusetts Port Authority and has led a wide variety of public and charitable organizations. He is currently the Chair of the Worcester Redevelopment Authority.
