Michael P. Angelini

Michael Angelini is a partner in Prince Lobel’s Business Transactions Practice Group.

He advises public and private businesses and not-for-profit organizations and is also a highly regarded trial lawyer, with extensive experience in the litigation of commercial disputes.

He has served several companies, including four banks, as a Director and is the retired long-serving Chair of the Board of Directors of The Hanover Insurance Group. He is also the former Chair of the Massachusetts Port Authority and has led a wide variety of public and charitable organizations. He is the Chair of the Worcester Redevelopment Authority.

He received his law degree from Duke University and his undergraduate degree from Wesleyan University.
