Prince Lobel is pleased to announce the arrival of partner Michael T. Sullivan, who joins the firm’s litigation group.  Sullivan is a civil trial and appellate litigator who has tried and arbitrated many high-stakes cases for plaintiffs and defendants in many courts and jurisdictions, and whose practice focuses on real estate, construction, and zoning litigation, as well as business disputes and professional liability defense.  Sullivan has handled a number of federal and state construction litigation matters involving tens of millions of dollars in alleged damages.  He is committed to understanding his clients’ particular legal and business needs, and to handling their matters both creatively and efficiently.

“Michael will be an excellent addition to our Litigation team,” said Managing Partner Craig M. Tateronis.  “His diligence and dedication to client service have earned him the reputation of a respected litigator in the city and we are glad to have him here to assist our clients with a variety of real estate, construction, and business needs.”

Sullivan is a 1992 graduate of The Catholic University of America School of Law.  After law school, he gained extensive trial and appellate experience at a prominent Rhode Island law firm, before moving to a highly regarded Boston firm.  He is involved in his community and was the long-time chairman of the Zoning Board of Appeals in Manchester-by-the-Sea, where he lives with his family.
