Jay Cho is a member of Prince Lobel’s Business Transactions practice group. His practice focuses on representing a wide array of clients in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital, business formation and structuring, and other corporate matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Jay was an associate at two Boston-area firms. He also served as a military interpreter for the United Nations Command – Joint Security Area located in the Korean Demilitarized Zone.
Jay holds a J.D. from Boston College Law School and a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University.

While in law school, Jay was a Tax Litigation Bureau Intern with the Massachusetts Department of Revenue, where he helped formulate state tax policy and administer the state’s tax regulations, including the collection of sale taxes and corporate taxes.
