Jay Cho is a member of Prince Lobel’s Business Transactions practice group. Mr. Cho represents public and privately held companies in connection with financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, preferred stock financings, joint ventures, venture capital, business formation and structuring, and other general transaction matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Jay was an associate at two Boston-area firms. He also served as a military interpreter for the United Nations Command – Joint Security Area located in the Korean Demilitarized Zone.Mr. Cho graduated from Northwestern University with a B.A. in Economics. He received his JD from the Boston College Law School. As a law student, Mr. Cho served as a legal extern at the Massachusetts Department of Revenue Tax Litigation Group and took active roles in student affinity groups.
Mr. Cho is a member of the Boston Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New York. Mr. Cho is a native Korean speaker.
