John F. Bradley II provides professional and business advice to the senior management of entities in many industries, including nanotech, innovative software, and technology services. He has extensive experience in representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, technology licensing, stockholder arrangements, private equity financings, and asset-based financing transactions.
John also is expert and has developed a reputation of excellence in the cannabis industry, advising clients who range from local non-profit start-ups to multistate operators (“MSOs”) and lenders. These efforts include advising clients regarding tax-advantaged structuring, fund-raising, the ever-changing cannabis regulations and current market purchase and sales of licenses, assets and operating businesses. He has been included in bar and regulatory roundtables, and provided written comment letters to regulators on proposed regulations.
John graduated from Stanford University and Stanford University School of Law, where he served as an editor of the Stanford Law Review.
